Child Protection Measures (儿童保护守则)

自2003年11月2日起执行(2009年1月修订)

The purpose of the measure is:
设定此措施的目的:
To promote the recognition by children and adults of each other as individuals with a right to respect within a caring and safety environment.
加强学生和家长对学校安全措施的了解和共同遵守以创造一个关心和安全的教学环境。

There are specific rules that relate to the safe use of the Hackney Community College building and the outside areas:
安全使用学校建筑和室外区域的规定:

INSIDE 室内:
No chewing gum is allowed inside the building and the campus
禁止在学校内任何地方吃口香糖

No shouting inside the building
禁止在校内高声喧哗

Instruction for the safe use of all property must be adhered to
遵守物件的安全使用指示

Do not damage any properties including tables, chairs and white boards
不许损坏任何物品包括课桌椅和白板

Do not eat or drink inside the classrooms, except permitted by the School
不许在教室内吃东西及喝饮料, 除非学校事先同意

No dropping litter on the floor either in the classrooms or in the corridors
禁止在教室和楼道里扔垃圾和纸屑

OUTSIDE 室外:
Keep to designated area at playtimes。Go to the area behind A Block to play badminton, no ball game in any other areas.
在指定的区域内活动。只能在A 楼 后的空地打羽毛球。

爱护校园内的一草一木。禁止在校园内玩石头(严禁在任何地方扔石头)、树叶、树枝。 禁止在校园内乱扔任何垃圾纸屑。
No playing and throwing stones and pebbles; no picking any leaves, tree branches and flowers; no dropping any litter on the floor in the campus.

Listen to the instruction of the member of security
听从保安人员的安排

Do not go to other blocks to play without permission apart from E or F block
除了E 或 F Block 楼道, 未经允许禁止到其他楼道里玩耍

Avoid unnecessary physical contact
避免不必要的身体接触与碰撞

Rules for parent/s or guardian:
家长/监护人须遵守以下规定:

1. Children should be sent to and picked up from the School by parent/s or guardian, unless agreement has signed if children are asked to go by themselves.
学生须由家长或监护人送到学校,除非与学校签订协议,学生始可以自行来校和
离校。

2.Children under 12 must not go out of the front gate without being accompanied by an adult.
12岁以下儿童不得在无成人陪同情况下出学校大门。

3.Parent/s or guardian must let the director of school affair know if you will come late
to pick up your child/ren and leave contact number.
家长或监护人必须立即通知学校如果知道自己会晚来接孩子并留下电话号码。

4. The School is responsible for the safety of Pupils who have registered in the School. For who haven’t been registered in the School and those children under the school age, their parents/guardians must take full responsibility for their safety.
学校会负责已注册学生的安全。在校学生如未注册以及尚未到入学年龄的孩子的安全由家长或监护人全权负责。

The School must do the following:
学校必须做到:

1. To hire a security or volunteer worker to stay in playground and look after children when it is break time.
雇佣一名保安人员或志愿工作者在休息时间保护和照顾学生。

2. Teachers to make pupils aware the safety issue when they are in the classroom.
老师在课堂强调安全问题。

3. Teachers to keep pupils whose parents or guardians would be late to pick them up until safe hand over.
老师将留住学生如果他们的父母或监护人会晚来接他们直到安全交接。

4. Any body punishment and child abuse is not allowed in the School and whoever breaches the rule will be prosecuted.
对学生的任何的身体惩罚和辱骂都是不允许的。如有违反,无论是谁都将法办。

School Pupil’s Insurance
学生保险

1. No insurance cover is held by the School to provide automatic compensation to pupils in the event of a personal accident or death. It is your responsibility as a parent to insure your child for personal accident or death, if you feel this is appropriate.

学校保险不提供自动赔偿给个人的事故或死亡。如果你觉得需要,家长需要自己购买小孩子的事故或死亡险。

2. The School is not liable for the loss or theft of pupils’ clothing or personal effects and any items are therefore brought into the School at the pupil/parents’ own risk. Parents can assist by ensuring that valuable and unnecessarily expensive items of clothing are not brought into the School.

如果学生在学校里丢失衣物或其他个人的有价物品学校不承担任何责任。因此家长需要确定有价物品不被学生带到学校来。

3. Teachers and other staff must not accept custody of any such items.
教师与其他工作人员不允许替学生保管这些物品。
